The Air Jordan 1 (I) Original (OG) 1985 - White / Black - Red are true O.G.'s.. originals! They were designed by Peter Moore and first released in March of 1985, and are a bit higher in terms of ankle length than what you usually see from Air Jordan 1's (I). Then again, most of the originals were this length.They are said to be a turning point in basketball shoe history. They were even banned by the league as they stated that the black and red violated their colors for sneakers. Jordan felt that they were banned because they "didn't have enough white in them", and continued to lace them up, even though he was fined every time he did.

"I work as a medical care provider and on my feet at least 8 hours per day. These are the most comfortable shoes I have used in 35 years of practice. I tried numerous styles and brands and three years ago got my first pair of Brooks Addiction Walkers and haven't wanted any other shoe since. These do run small. I normally wear a 12D and had to go to a 13D to get a comfortable fit. If you spend a lot of time on your feet on hard surfaces you cannot get a more comfortable shoe than this."

"Received complementary shipping upgrade and received the next day. Thanks Zappos! However, the shoe fit was a half size small compared to other brands and had to return. I wear a size 10 Asics 2000 series shoe with plenty of room in the toe box. The size 10 Nike my toes were at the end of the shoe. Recommend ordering a half-size larger."

Ended up ordering a size 4 1/2 and he still had room. Spoke with a sales person at the store i returned them to and he said Air Force Ones do run big due to the larger area in the toe area. Other than that, the shoe is well made and looks great."

"I am a long distance runner and in addition, take a variety of gym classes (Step, Pump (full body weight training), Attack (high impact aerobics), Spin (cycling) and Combat (mixed martial arts). The Nike Air Pegasus is GREAT for running and has been great for all of my other classes. I love this shoe and buy multiple pairs each time I order. I am glad Nike does not drastically change this shoe (besides small upgrades) as they do with some other shoes."

"Running is a part of my job, I have to run between 3 and 5 miles every other day, I have been doing this for 15 years. When it was time to buy another pair of shoes I decided on the Nike Air Pegasus. I bought this shoe because it was the number one rated running shoe by runner's world in 2009. When I first tried my new shoes out they seemed to be great. The first week I ran 2-3 miles a day for five days. On the second week I did not run at all, because I noticed pain in my knees, hips, and lower back which are typically caused from running.

"I have been wearing Pegasus for a long time except when they took a break from them. I was excited in 2002 when they brought them back as most my running injuries knee (ITB) and foot (plantar fasciiitis) went away again while running in the Pegasus. I am an avid runner including training for multiple distances. I am a supinator with a fairly rigid foot. I found these wider in the heel and toe box with not as much support in the mid foot, although i am wearing them i have felt the tightness in my feet coming back. I wish Nike would stop changing these shoes. Might have to search again for another shoe to replace them, disappointed."

These shoes are comfortable when worn for a few hours. They are super light weight, which is what appealed to me. I would recommend this product if you are looking for toning shoes that aren't klunky; the best part about it is that they are stylish too.
