Comfortable Causal shoes, occasional fitness, March 2, 2011
Carlos
"I bought these shoes a week ago, and they are great. The sole are extremely comfortable, and light weight. Walking is extremely easy and I love the look. I bought red flat laces and laced them straight and it looks really sleak. The fit is very snug and my feet feel secure in them. The price is right, buy these shoes!"

I love these shoes!, December 23, 2010
Arvid
"I love these shoes! Very comfortable and durable. They last longer than other brands I've tried. Good arch support. Great value (ie. cheaper than others that do not perform as well). I am very hard on my shoes and my runs include wet beach sand, steep rocky trails and pavement."

Firs of all, THANKS A LOT ..., February 10, 2011
Reid
"Firs of all, THANKS A LOT ZAPPOS for the great service. The shipment was done in record time. About this shoe, I just can say that it s one of the best products I ve ever bought, the previous reviews recommend to get it a 1/2 size larger and this has been wise advice. I PLAY TABLE TENNIS, and the performance with these shoes is quite comfortable. All my partners in the club made a circle around me just to admire how great this pair looks and one of them is probably getting one by the end of this week. Well so far so good with Zappos. NO WAY TO BUY ANY PLACE ELSE."

Hated It, March 10, 2011
Carlos
"Running is a part of my job, I have to run between 3 and 5 miles every other day, I have been doing this for 15 years. When it was time to buy another pair of shoes I decided on the Nike Air Pegasus. I bought this shoe because it was the number one rated running shoe by runner's world in 2009. When I first tried my new shoes out they seemed to be great. The first week I ran 2-3 miles a day for five days. On the second week I did not run at all, because I noticed pain in my knees, hips, and lower back which are typically caused from running. On the third week I tried running in the shoe again and had the same results with an additional pain which was located in the arch of my foot. This is strange to me since I wear arch supports and have never had this problem with any other running shoe I have owned. This shoe is great for holding your arch support in place and next to your foot but I don't think it has enough cushioning for road running or tread machines. I am very disappointed in this shoe and currently looking for another shoe that is better. I might recommend this shoe to someone who doesn't have foot problems, and has a smaller build."

Nike Air Monarch, March 17, 2011
Alphonso
This is the second time I have purchased this shoe. I tried it first about 3 yrs ago, actually stumbled onto them. They are made for wide feet like mine 4x and in size 13.I am also a large man and my feet would tire quickly. Over the years I accumulated lots of sneakers that were not doing the job sustaining my size and not tiring my feet. They conform to your feet rather nicely are very comfortable and your feet don't feel tired. They are designed for for what I mainly use them for to work outside and walking with the wife. I own 2 pairs black(for work etc) and white for going out in public. When my first pair wore out I ordered another and will continue this as these shoes are my answer to what my feet needed. If you have large wide feet and have accumulated countless sneakers that looked and felt good when you first bought them to only get uncomfortable after a short period and are still looking for a special sneaker, then you have to try yhis Air Monarch III. This shoe will be the last you will buy and stick to when you wear it out.

Geat casual shoe, not for long walks, March 17, 2011
Andy
This is a review from the perspective of a big guy (280lbs) who is trying to get in shape by walking regularly. I've been mostly a New Balance customer, having recently worn two pairs of 411's down to the nub (great walking/jogging shoes). I have wide feet (size 13) and have a hard time finding comfortable shoes in a 4E width. After a bad experience with New Balance 609's, I decided to try the latest version of Nike's Air Monarchs, III's, because I really liked the original Air Monarch's I had five years ago.

Amazing Shoes, March 23, 2011
Bennie
"I play a lot of tennis and jog outdoors as often as possible. These Nike Air Pegasus +26 shoes are very comfortable and breathable especially when it comes to running. Using them for tennis, they are also quite comfortable for all the lateral movements on the court and they have very good traction. I can't think about anything bad to say about these shoes. They were worth every penny."

HERACLITUS WAS RIGHT..., March 28, 2011
Archibald
I remember coveting after these shoes when I was in high-school. No matter though, my parents could not afford such expensive shoes for all three of us (back in the 80's not everything was manufactured by children-workers or cheap Chinese slave labor, mind you) so I never got them when it would had counted.

simply the best shoes! smart buy, March 28, 2011
Maxwell
nikes are really the best made and most durable shoes and very coumfortable. You pay a lot but you get quality. In fact, a few shipping containers fell off a cargo ship and nike shoes drifted thousands of miles halfway across the ocean and were still in mint condition even from that. This is a great brand and maybe its played out but the quality stands out, I rank this and osiris up there

Great shoe, April 6, 2011
Clay
"I use my shoes 3-4 times a week on a treadmill or track for workouts and often on the weekend when I know I'm going to put miles on. This shoe has been very durable. Usually I feel like I have to replace a running shoe within 6 months or so but not this pair. I had noticed that my feet were turning out a little recently so I bought an insole that helps to correct the supination. It worked beautifully and I've gotten a few more months out of the shoe. Highly recommend it for the 10-20 mile per week athlete."

I have mixed feelings ..., May 6, 2011
Spencer
"I have mixed feelings about these shoes. I love they way they look, they're sleek and stylish, without the clunky tennis shoe vibe. When used for just casual wear, they are extremely light and comfortable, I call them my Ninja shoes. The only problem is, when I use them for the treadmill (30 minutes at a time), about halfway through I'll start to get some weird shooting pains up the sides of my legs. I am hoping that this is because of the technology of these new shoes and that I just need to build up some different muscles, so I'm going to stick with them for awhile, but for now, it's an issue (when I switch to my old regular Nikes, I don't get the pains)."

These shoes are ..., June 9, 2011
Clarke
"These shoes are wonderful. They are very true to size, which I was surprised to find because Nike usually runs small. They are very stylish and needed no time to quot;break inquot;. I use them for running 3 miles, 5 times a week. Highly recommend!"
