"I must admit, I'm not a runner. Until recently I was torturing myself by wearing Converse and such, and my feet were really beginning to feel it, so I decided to make a change. After going to a few shoe stores and trying on a half dozen different running shoes, I discovered that for my purposes pretty much anything was a step up from Chuck Taylor's, but none quite had the aesthetic value I was looking for. These shoes have both. They felt just as good as $160 runners I had tried on, are very comfortable, and although it's only been a couple months, are holding up well. I wear them every day walking around the streets of NYC. Only gripe, surprisingly enough, is that the traction doesn't seem suited to slick surfaces. But they are trail runners, and I think were intended more for dirt than asphalt."

"I received my pair of Nike Air Max Turnarounds yesterday. Today, I decided to wear them. I have recently purchased other Nike styles, all very comfortable. However, the Air Max Turnaround beats them all! I was so impressed that I just ordered a second pair, in black, to coordinate with my black jeans and slacks. They are great for day to day casual wear, even a night on the town."

"I've worn these shoes for everything from my first marathon to trail runs over slush and snow. I wear orthodontics in my running shoes, so I can't speak to support, but they've held up unexpectedly well considering I usually burn through Nikes. They have way more than 500 miles in them and I can still rotate them in for particularly muddy runs."

"My goal for the new year is to start the "Couch to 5K" program and I needed a good, sturdy shoe. I wanted something lightweight with support for a flatter foot, especially since I roll my right foot inward when I walk/run. I also wanted a shoe that had a lower backing because of my short tendent/ankle. This shoe does it all! I walked/jogged 3 miles last night and my feet do not hurt. They're light, airy and comfortable. I was sad to almost take them off because I felt great wearing them. My only problem with them was the color. The shoe also comes in Pink, but had a different fit than this one (Green). But it's a work out shoe and not something I want wear to impress someone. In short - Buy these shoes! "I walk 4 miles a day in these and absolutely love them. They do well on the trail and on pavement. They are great in the rain, your feet stay fairly dry, at most slightly damp. I've had them for a year and they still look brand new- they do not show wear and tear! I wore them every day to work with my scrubs and played intramural soccer with them. Love these shoes!"

"Love love LOVE this shoe! I was always told that to go running, any shoe will do. As someone that has always used cheap running shoes, I can honestly say that old adage is not true. I knew I would be running my first 5K soon so I thought I would purchase my first pair of "real" running shoes. The best thing about these shoes is the shock absorption. I used to always have pain in my knees after running and I had just assumed that I would always have that problem. Now I don't have ANY knee pain after running! They're also extremely lightweight and I feel that my arches are wonderfully supported as well. It doesn't hurt that the shoes are super cute unlike a lot of the other running shoes out there. They're AMAZING!!!"
