The Air Jordan 11 (XI) Original (OG) - Columbia (White / Columbia Blue - Black) were released in February, 1996, and retailed for $125. They feature a beautiful white upper, with patent leather at the base, as well as a white midsole, and probably the most noticeable and liked feature, the icy blue sole. The Air Jordan 11 (XI) features a carbon fiber spring plate, ballistic nylon uppers, a Huarache inner sleeve, quick lace system, carbon fiber sheath and air sole. Many sneakerheads and critics would agree that although the design was simply amazing, the quality was quite poor, as the patent leather would crack easily, and the soles would start to turn quickly. Also, they Air Jordan 11 (XI) did not provide adequate comfort in the midsole, and was not as good on traction as previous models.

"I wear these shoes to work everyday. I work in a school kitchen so I'm on concrete flooring 6 hrs a day. They are very good support shoes and really attractive to look at. All the ladies I work with love them and asked where I got them. I even had to brag on the reasonable price I paid for them. Love'em! I'm thinking about buying them in brown as well.I recommend them."

"These are a great pair of running shoes. The cushioning is just right - not too soft that they wear out fast, but not too firm that your feet hurt after only a few paces. I have run plenty of miles in these shoes (not to mention walking countless miles, too) - and the only thing that has happened to them is one of the glue-on "Saucony" plastic pieces fell off. I have had these shoes for a year and a half - and only now am I looking into buying a second pair. These shoes are worth every penny! I have always been told to purchase running shoes at half to one full size larger than your "normal" shoes to allow full movement of your foot when running - so that is what I did. I normally wear size 8, but went to a size 8.5 and it has worked very well for me."

"This is my fourth pair of Skecher's premium shoes! I have flat feet with a heel spur, and these shoes along with my own orthotics help my feet feel better while I am walking. The shoe has enough cushioning so that you can walk on pavement with no problems."

"These are a very light weight, cushiony running shoe. I was running in a Nike Max +10 previously and these seem to be easier on my body. I was starting to have pain in my knees, but not anymore! FYI: I am an under-pronator with a very high arch. These support my feet without a doubt!"

"Lightweight - This shoe looks really good and I appreciate the light weight. However, it needs more cushioning (a good insole helped with this). The main problem is the scratchy material over the toes and rough seams cause irritation. I would not be able to wear these shoes without fairly thick socks. A disappointing quality from the Nike brand."
