"Without a doubt, this is a great shoe. I noticed these take about two to three weeks to get used to. First thing is they have the convex sole, that in my case, tended to scuff the surface with each step if I wasn't concentrating on my steps. Also, you'll notice these rock backward, but nothing that cannot be handled. I've put a LOT of miles on them now, and have found my legs no longer are sore after finishing. So, they must be doing what they are designed to do. Well worth the money."

I have just worn out my third pair. They are so comfortable when new that I have bought them repeatedly, but that comfort has me wearing them every day. In just a few months the soles are worn through, the heel is worn off at such an angle as to make them uncomfortable. The inside lining is all frayed around the heel. For what these things cost, they should be more durable.

"In the winter, I wear these every day. Am ready to purchase my 4th pair, as they do wear out fast -lining tears as well as outsole wears out fast. I have been trying to find an alternative brand or style, but keep coming back to the Nubuck Jungle Moc due to its comfort and convenience. Its like wearing a stylish slipper everywhere. However, only concern is that Merrell has changed the outsole on the Suede versions, but not on the Nubuck....why? I do like the updated outsole on the Suede and would guess that it wears better...so Merrell Product Managers----It's time!!!!! Lastly, the Nubuck does seem to have a little more "cardboard" feel than when I purchased in the past. Have you changed sources for the leather??"
