They feature a combination leather (toe), mesh, and durabuck upper, which come together quite nicely to create this marvelous beauty. The green hologram at the heel is always a focus of the Air Jordan 13 (XIII), which is said to represent the eye of the animal, as the shoe is modeled after the paw of the black panther. The black, bulky area which is considered the midsole on these, represents the panthers paw. Besides having the looks down pact, the Air Jordan 13 (XIII) include features such as a hidden quick lace system, carbon fibre sheath, holographic eye, and Zoom Air insoles. The versions of the Air Jordan 13 (XIII) with the mesh looking material on it actually cover up a 3M reflective material, and the small white dots you see are actually the underlying material, and shine when hit by direct light. These shoes are alos very comfortable, and provide great traction on the hardwood.

"I love these shoes. They are true to size unlike many other premium brands like Nike that seem to run at least 1/2 to 1 size smaller in size. They are a lot of bang for the buck. Extreme comfort, cushioning, and support. A great all around workout shoe or even walking shoe. I am going to have to return to the Saucony brand for my next pair as well. The fit is incredible. Wears this shoe: I wear these shoes most of the time. Working out, shopping, walking, etc."
