The Air Jordan 13 (XIII) Original (OG) - Flints (Navy / Carolina Blue - Flint Grey - White) was released on February 14, 1998 and retailed for $150. They feature a white / blue /grey upper, whichis seen a lot on Air Jordans, and goes very well together. The blue portion features an underlying 3M reflective material which shines when hit by light, which will definitely turn heads. The outsole is a dark grey color with white inserts, which feature a modified version of the herringbone pattern, which provides great traction on the hardwood. The shoe is modeled after the paw of a black panther. The green hologram at the heel represents the eye of the animal, while the bottom represents its paw. They are really beautiful shoes, with flowing lines, and are very organic. Other specifications include a hidden quick lace system, carbon fibre sheath, holographic eye, and Zoom Air insoles.

"I like these shoes but was a bit disappointed in the way they look. They are a bit "ugly" and do look much better in the picture than up-close. However, they are quite comfortable. The heel has good support, but the sole under the toes feels a bit thin. The toe guard is not very thick - I wouldn't wear these shoes in rocky terrain where I might accidentally stub my toe on a big rock. The construction (except for the bottom) of the shoes looks a bit cheap."

"I wear these shoes with my arch supports, love the cushion and dependability. Tried on other shoes for my next pair...nothing better then these! They don't rub on heel and have good support. I run mostly on the road, so I am unsure how they would run on the trails."

"This shoe is very light especially for an athletic looking shoe. The toe box is roomy and the heel fits well. It fit me true to size and I can wear black tights or socks with it. Fantastic Zappos got them to me overnight although I did not pay anything for shipping. The brands below which I recommend all have shoes with moderate arch support with at least a few styles that don't scream old lady shoes."
