Air Jordan 2009 - Black / Gold

"This shoe is the replacement to the 926. I was in love with the 926 and was so disappointed that is was no longer being made. This 927 has all the features of the 926 except it's lighter. I'm a big girl and I'm hoping this does not translate into less durability. Only time will tell. The only complaint I have about this shoe is that the eyes for the laces seem to come up higher on my foot than the 926 did. As a result I occasionally have a problem with an uncomfortable feeling of tightness up at the top of my foot where the shoe is tied. I tend to wear my shoes tightly laced and to get them tight enough everywhere else this top area tends to be uncomfortable. Never had that with the 926's, but I'm learning to adjust my lacing and tying to accommodate my desired tightness to the comfort in that area. Otherwise...these live up to my expectations and I am sure to be buying more pairs of these as this pair wears out."

"Comfort is tops! I found when going back to leather all round material, the shoe ran a hair smaller so this required me to go a half size larger. When reordering, [...] so I chose to switch to the New Balance 1123. This was true to size when I received my replacement shoe. I would reorder again. The New Balance 1123 has supreme stability and works great with my orthodics. Would highly recommend for anyone wearing orthodics in their shoes. Have to say that when the insoles are not in place, the arch was not real high. My personal need is a higher arch and the New Balance 845 does have a higher arch."

"The shoes are a very nice fit, and I'd say they fit true to size. The leather patches on the inside of the toe box keep your foot from poking through the top like on full mesh tops, so that is a nice feature. Additionally, the mesh side panels do a good job of dissipating heat to keep your feet cool. The soles are grippy and flat, and the sole itself is a little under an inch at its thickest. It's a fairly low cut shoe, but otherwise fits very well. The shoe in white is a very nice looking shoe. Do be aware that the shoe in general (on the inside) in somewhat thin, so if you have wide feet, perhaps order it in the wide size if it's available or look into other shoes. The toe box also runs a tad bit thin."

"I have tried many different shoes and I always come back to Air Pegasus. They are so comfortable and accomodate my narrow feet. I have run two marathons in the Air Pegasus and I would not trust another shoe for that long of a race."

"Great Walking Shoe - I walk 4 miles each day and I put these on and walked the first day and they felt so comfortable. Online they looked all grey, but when they arrived the toe trim was a metallic silver. Overall they are a great shoe."

"This is my second pair. I am very happy with this shoe for both comfort and appearance. I like my walking shoes to look somewhat "simple" - not too much weird stuff going on with its design. I usually wear a size 7. There is plenty of room in this shoe, so order a half size down."

"Very cute, light and cool, with enough support and cushion for the casual fitness walker. I normally wear a size 8, and have had to wear 8.5 in Nikes in the past. Maybe they are adjusting their sizing, but the 8 felt better in this model to me. Could be due to the stretchy feel of the mesh. There is one small patch of trim that rubbed my smallest toes, but it seems to be stretching out to the point that it doesn't hurt anymore."

"I love the Air Rift and have been looking for a pair that is like my two year old pair. Many of the new styles Nike makes of the Rift are canvas and don't stretch or fit like older styles. The dust/black/hot pink style is great. It seemed that there were a few flaws in the production of the shoe, but this is Nike's fault, not Zappos. Zappos had these delivered to me the day after I ordered them. Amazing!"
