I knew this shoe had gel inserts already in them but they also have ARCH'S!!! I would recommend to all of my friends ( but they are getting them too ) and I love the look and feel to them. When putting them on I found it very easy to get on and there was no breaking in needed it felt perfect and my foot was not coming out easily.
