"Love love LOVE this shoe! I was always told that to go running, any shoe will do. As someone that has always used cheap running shoes, I can honestly say that old adage is not true. I knew I would be running my first 5K soon so I thought I would purchase my first pair of "real" running shoes. The best thing about these shoes is the shock absorption. I used to always have pain in my knees after running and I had just assumed that I would always have that problem. Now I don't have ANY knee pain after running! "I have been using these in Afghanistan for about 6 months. I wear them daily and with a light load over uneven terrain. I have worn them once in steady rain with no issues.
