"I've purchased the Pegasus for the last four years, and the +26 is a great immprovement on a sound product. It is lightweight, and perfect for us runners with high arches and boney feet. I am also a supinator, and I find its support is exceptional. I took advice from a friend who had purchased the latest model, and got the 1/2 size up, only to go back and get my true size. I felt the 1/2 size larger was too loose, and I noticed the heel/ankle support rubbing too much. I don't have that problem at all with my true size. The Pegasus is truly the best running shoe. I have worn Sauconys, Asics, Mizunos, Brooks and other Nikes, and I always go back to the Pegasus. I currently run 2-3 miles daily during the week, a 3.5 one day and a longer (4-8) miler on the weekend, and I can usually stretch mine for a year. Even training hard-core for a full marathon, so averaging 30-mile weeks, they've lasted nearly a year! Perfect shoe."

"Saucony grid heel - This was my first time ordering from Zappos. I ordered online at about 5:00 p.m. and had the shoes the next day around noon. A less than 24 hour turn around! I was already very familiar with Saucony shoes. For about two years that's all I wore after a nurse practitioner recommended them for my heel spur (plantar fasciitis). I would put them on first thing in the morning and not take them off until I was in bed (her recommendation-don't go barefoot) and after that time I had no more foot pain. I also got new Saucony's about every three months per recommendation, so they were still very supportive. Now I wear other shoes to work, but order no other athletic shoe, and rely on these if I have a lot of walking or standing to do. I frequently order, because I need a wide width. They are cheaper through Zappos, then an athletic store, and are hard to find at shoe outlets in wides. I love Saucony's and will order from Zappos again. Jennifer in Indiana Oh-I also recommended them to my sister who was having similar foot problems and is a pharmacy tech. Now everyone at her pharmacy is wearing them, and they are actually running shoes."

"The best boot I've ever worn! They are ultra comfortable right out of the box. They hook up in everything from sand, to mud, to hardpack. They stay cool even with a sock and liner on in 90+ temps. Not sure how well they'll do in the snow but I'm sure with the right sock combo on you should be fine. I've only had them a week now but looking at the fit and finish, running them through the gamet of terains, and packing a 60lbs plus bag around in them I can say that should hold up great. They should wear great, and deal with everything that I'm going to throw at them. The only thing that I can say is buming me out about them is that the brown is fugly. And they are a bit heavier then I expected.... Check back in a month and I'll have a follow up review on how well they are surviving some serious abuse...."
