The Nike Air Pegasus is GREAT for running and has been great for all of my other classes. I love this shoe and buy multiple pairs each time I order. I am glad Nike does not drastically change this shoe (besides small upgrades) as they do with some other shoes."

"I have now worn these boots on several day hikes as well as showshoeing. The Gore-Tex liner works well and my feet have stayed dry despite some very wet conditions on Mt Rainer and the Cascades.They were comfortable and broke in extremely easily. I walked a very rocky, steep and wet trail this weekend on the way to Dirty Harry's Peak and the best thing I can say about these boots is that I didn't notice them. Great ankle support due to the somewhat higher design than most mid rated boots. I have a high arch, low volume foot and these boots feel like they were made for me. It may not fit others with a different foot type, but I would certainly recommend trying it on if you are in search of a new, light hiking boot. I replaced the insoles immediately because I wear Sole inserts exclusively for the arch support. Along with the [$]dollars for the boots, this is getting a bit pricey, but I learned long ago that keeping your feet comfortable and healthy is priority number one for anyone who spends time in the outdoors. Durability? That is to be determined, but I am off to a great start with these boots."

"These shoes remind me of the classic Nikes I loved from the 80s. (Yes, I'm that old!) I want a running shoe that has good heel support, can cradle my high arch, be roomy in the forefoot, cushiony, but not squishy, AND be flexible and lightweight. I have found it in the latest Pegasus trail shoe. I run on the backroads of Vermont, as well as the trails, and have found these shoes to do fine with the transition. A plus is the color: silver gray with a splash of hot pink! How fun!"

"I really like these shoes-these are my 2nd pair! I have narrow feet and while they are still a little wide they are a pretty good fit. Very cushioned and very comfortable. I usually wear an 8 but buy an 8.5 for running shoes."
