The Air Jordan 5 (V) Army Olive/Orange Retro is a beautiful shoe, but may need some time to actually grow on you. You may not admire it at first, but the more you see it, the more you'll come to love it. Early sample pictures revealed an ugly looking shoe, but when official pictures hit the public, we started to fall in love. They feature an olive suede upper, with orange accents. The outsole features a clear portion, as do most, if not all of the Air Jordan 5 (V). The tongue features a 3M reflective property which comes to life when light hits it directly. The plastic grated mesh on the side is notorious with the Air Jordan 5 (V).

"I have had my Air Max for a couple of weeks now so I can't speak to the durability of them but I love the looks, fit, comfort, and especially the coolness of them. I wear them for work and my feet stay cool and comfortable in these. I can actually feel the air when I am walking around the building. My feet are always hot and I was looking for something to help keep my feet cooler. These are great. Hopefully the are durable as well. I think Nike has a pretty good reputation in that reguard but we will see."

"I have been buying the previous versions of this shoe style for the past few years. I wear custom orthotics, so I can't comment on the quality or arch support of the insoles. These shoes are extremely comfortable out of the box. The only negative aspect is that they are slippery on wet surfaces. The soles also tend to wear down quickly, but I wear them continuously all day and walk 4 miles each day. Replace them about every 6 months."

"I bought a cheaper brand of shape-up shoes just to try the innovation. I found that they were cut too high on the sides on rubbed my ankles. I bought the Skechers as they seemed better styled for my feet. I was right! They are exceedingly comfortable and I love that fact that while I am on my feet all day (and sometimes night too - I work two jobs in large hospitals) I am also shaping up my legs, tush, back and abs. This shoe is very light from the moment you pick it up to the moment you try it on. Terrific for running or walking! There's plenty of cushioning on the sole and the mesh is quite breathable. I used to have a small pain in my knee when running, but these shoes have mitigated it almost completely. Overall,I am very happy with this purchase.

"These are the most comfortable Nikes I have ever had. They have give to them so your feet are not cramped up and the soles are cushioned good. I have a lot of arthritis in my ankles and knees and they help to take some of the stress off of them plus I have a wide foot and the mesh upper gives my foot room to spread out. I ll definitely buy them again."
