This is at least my third pair of Saucony running shoes. I have extremely flat feet and over-pronation. When my feel hurt from walking around the house without shoes (I know I'm not supposed to do that but I'm a country girl.) I put these shoes on for instant relief. They fit well, wear well, and I'm sure when I wear these out I'll get another pair.

"These are great shoes. This is my third and fourth pair. I actually purchased two pairs this time since the price on Sierra Trading Post was about half the price in the store (and in most online stores.) I wear these shoes most days. They're great for hiking, walking, every day wear (in my casual mt. environment), snowshoeing, wearing with crampons while hiking on icy conditions, etc. I originally bought them to run but found that they don't have enough bounce or cushion for me. These are waterproof and breathe well -- perfect for wearing year round."

"Was doing a hike in the White Mountains in late November and traction devices were advised for where snow and ice where i colder areas. The EMS clerk suggested the would be an excellent choice an he was soooo right. Did a night hike and at about 2000' started coming across snowy sections where it had become ice. My girlfriend put hers on first and I cold not keep with her, then we stopped so I could put mine on too. Sacre Blu!!! What a difference. Easily hiked up now while carrying about a fifty pound pack, was surprised to find out it was easier to climb over snow and ice than rocks. My pair worked flawlessly. My girlfriends we a little too large for her shoe and we needed to stop often to readjust them, we even used twigs to make the straps snugger. Make sure to take the shoes you plan to use to make double sure fit is correct. These are so good its easy to get over confident, I try to keep my limitations i mind."

"Running is a part of my job, I have to run between 3 and 5 miles every other day, I have been doing this for 15 years. When it was time to buy another pair of shoes I decided on the Nike Air Pegasus. I bought this shoe because it was the number one rated running shoe by runner's world in 2009. When I first tried my new shoes out they seemed to be great. The first week I ran 2-3 miles a day for five days. On the second week I did not run at all, because I noticed pain in my knees, hips, and lower back which are typically caused from running. On the third week I tried running in the shoe again and had the same results with an additional pain which was located in the arch of my foot. This is strange to me since I wear arch supports and have never had this problem with any other running shoe I have owned. This shoe is great for holding your arch support in place and next to your foot but I don't think it has enough cushioning for road running or tread machines. I am very disappointed in this shoe and currently looking for another shoe that is better. I might recommend this shoe to someone who doesn't have foot problems, and has a smaller build."

"My husband uses these shoes for walking shoes and nothing fits his foot as well as these do. I order these over and over because eventually, he uses them for working and they get very messy since they are mostly white. Overall, great shoes!"

"I finally went to a specialty sports store for professional fitting for a good running shoe. The result was the Nike Women's Air Pegasus 26. Finally no more black toenails! And soooo comfy. I ordered second pair from Altrec (at lesser price!) and am wearing them as I write this. I put all others in GoodWill box! I love these shoes."
