The Air Jordan 7 (VII) Original (OG) - Hare Jordan (White / Light Silver - True Red) were released in February, 1991, retailing for $125. They were nicknamed the "Hare Jordans" because of the commercial, which featured cartoon character Bugs Bunny. After being bullied by some jocks on the B-ball court, Bugs strapped on what he called his "Hare Jordans", and teamed up with "Air Jordan" to skool the four jocks.They feature a white leather upper with what is labeled as "light silver" inserts, along with red trim.The design of the shoe is similar to that of the Nike Air Huarache, with openings around the ankle area, and an inner sock / shoe design which was created to really stick / contour to your foot. They also feature a colorful tongue design.

"I've had my first pair for 3 years and am about to buy my 2nd. Good multi-use shoe, but if you're like me and have stinky feet you'll want to wear socks when you're not in the water. I use them mostly for boating. Be sure to have extra quick lace laces on standby; they will break after a few years. Replacing the laces is a pain in the butt. Best feature is that you can wear them as a shoe or a clog/slipper."

"The shoe looks hot esp with some cargos and a matching hat. Def does not breathe well and they are not too comfortable. But it is tough to rate them after only wearing them a few times. I did rock them on a memorial day weekend trip to nyc where i did a lot of walking. I survived but I guess style replaces comfort"

I found the same ones at finishline.com, much more affordable in the youth sizes. I wear a womens size 8. The youth size 7 shoes fit great. They are very comfortable. I always buy youth 7 or mens 7 Nikes. Womens Nikes always run small and are too narrow."

"I love these shoes. As an underpronator and being a woman with an 11.5 shoe size I have a difficult time finding shoes. In addition, I have a high arch and these shoes seem to have good arch support. I use these shoes for walking and general gym training. The toe box is very roomy without the rest of the shoe feeling sloppy. They feel pretty light on the foot also. I have never owned Nike before, but these shoes may convert me to a fan! I wish they were a little more stylish so I could wear them more often!"
