"I wanted athletic comfort for work. I work retail and am on my feet all day on a hard surface. My work dress is business casual so I needed something appropriate for that attire. These are perfect! I wear beasts for working out and was worried my feet would rebel with these but they haven't. I was wearing good quality shoes for work before (rockport and ecco) but these beat them for comfort and have comparable style. No complaints from me or my employer."

"Once again...another great pair of Merrell shoes! Very comfortable and minimal breaking-in required. I wear them for everything from hiking trails to walking around the city. Plus they look a bit nicer to wear around than just traditional gym shoes. The only con is they get a bit hot in really warm weather and aren't the best in rain."

"Overall this sneaker is comfortable, stylish, looks great on and supports you great. However, there is one problem with the sizing. I usually wear an 8 1/2 and after reading other reviews I decided to go up a half a size and good thing I did because it fit exact on me. I could have even gone up one whole size and it would have fit perfect. So if you buy this sneaker please go up one size, you won't regret it."

"I really needed a good cross trainer/studio shoe, these have reasonably good side to side stability and flexibility, which is hard to find. I was equally excited to get them in black. "Really comfortable, roomy toebox, but 8 months later and the dratted things still squeak when I walk! Argh. I\'ve tried fussing with the insoles, even putting a thin piece of tissue between the insole and the insert were the Nike+ transmitter goes, but nothing helps or lasts long. Annoying for what would otherwise be a great shoe."
