The Air Jordan 8 (VIII) Retro PE - Q-Rich (White / Blue Ribbon - Orange Flash) released on February 13, 2008 and retailed for $140. They were a Player Exclusive colroway, which made them very limited, and were only available at the House of Hoops in Harlem, New York. Designed for Quintin Richardson of the New York Knicks, they sport a predominantly white leather upper along with blue and orange accents, which blend with the teams colorway. The ankle area has "Q 23" stitched into it, which is his initial alongside his jersey number. Their release marked the first time that a Player Exclusive color scheme was actually available for retail.

    "I purchased Air Max Courtballistec shoes before and I was pleased, so I decided to by another pair of new and improved ones. It was a mistake. Initially, I ordered the same size as I had on the previous model, and they were too big. I then returned it and order half size smaller, and they are still too big. This is not the only issue; they are very stiff and uncomfortable on the court. Quick steps, sideline to sideline, everything feels uncomfortable in these shoes. I would not recommend these to anyone and might be even looking at a different brand next time (I have been using Nike shoes for a long time)."

    "Love these shoes right out of the box!! I run every day and it usually takes me a couple of tries before I can transition to new soles. Not with these. I love them!! I enjoyed better performance and endurance because my legs were not tired. Gave me more rebound on the treadmill. I will be ordering another color. Don't hesitate!"
